So it was my turn to cook dinner tonight.
We bought a new kind of fish at the grocery store the other day, so I decided to saute it and see what happened. It was labeled "Thresher Shark." I've never heard of that. It was very inexpensive and held up really well to a quick spin around a non stick pan with a little salt, pepper and spice blend. I served it on a bed of couscous that I mixed with sauteed veggies. Then I rounded it out with some asparagus.
All in all a very respectable meal.
